A FEW OF OUR FAVOITE RECIPES

                                                                      
                                                           DREA'S DELICIOUS  MICROGREEN , CHEESEBURGER SOUP


   This microgreen soup is as nutritious as it is delicious! A favorite of the whole family including the non-veggie lovers. Its short preparation time makes it a great meal for the busy Momma and it can be easily adapted for the crockpot for those days when you need something ready to serve when you get home from work or homeschool group.


Makes 8 generous servings. 


INGREDIENTS

* 5 LARGE ORGANIC POTATOES (PEELED AND CHOPPED)
* 1 LARGE  ORGANIC ONION ( DICED)
* 5 CLOVES OF FRESH ORGANIC MINCED GARLIC
* 6 CUPS OF FANCYS ORGANIC HOMEMADE CHICKEN BROTH OR A SUBSTITUTE (SEE CHICKEN BROTH RECIPIE)
* 3 TEASPOONS OF REDMONS REALSALT
* 2 LBS OF GRASSFED AND FINISHED BEEF
* 10 OZ OF FRESH SHREDED CHEESE (LOCAL OR HOMEMADE PERFERRED)
* PEPPER TO DESIRED TASTE
* 4 OZ OF FRESH MICROGREENS ( LEAFY BROCCOLI,SALAD MIX OR RADISH FOR A SLIGHT ADDED HEAT)

DIRECTIONS FOR PREPARATION

    Sautee the diced onions in a cast iron pan until soft (usually about 3-5 minutes) then gently add minced garlic to the soft onions and stir in. Allow to continue cooking for about 1-2 minutes being cautious not to burn it! 
   
   While the onions are cooking, brown the grass fed and finished beef in the bottom of the soup pot, cutting up the ground beef into bite sized pieces while it browns. 


   After the beef is thoroughly cooked, add in the chicken broth (Made from Drea's Homemade Chicken bone broth mixed with Drea's Homemade Chicken Bouillon) and add in the chopped potatoes.( Mama's Pro tip - When potatoes are soft, feel free to mash the potatoes with a hand masher for smaller sizes)
 
   Once they are stirred in thoroughly, gently stir in the sautéed onions and garlic. Then add salt and pepper until desired seasoning is achieved. 

    
   Allow to simmer until potatoes are soft.(Mash potatoes if desireda Once the potatoes reach the desired consistency, add 4 0z of freshly harvested microgreens and add in the shredded cheese. Then serve immediately!

*MAMA'S PRO TIP - Add a sprinkle of fresh cheese to the top of each bowl, topped with a few fresh microgreens for presentation and taste! The kids will love it!*
